
Meet the Directors
Cameron Tesoro is currently in his eighth year of teaching and fifth year teaching at Klein Forest High School. Throughout his time at Klein Forest, consistent “Sweepstakes” ratings in the UIL Concert and Sightreading Evaluation have been earned with his string and full orchestras, and accolades of “Superior” ratings, “Outstanding Performance” and “Best Overall” awards at annual festival competitions throughout the state and nation. Most recently, his orchestras have been invited to perform at Jones Hall, the Texas State Capitol, and have been ranked in the Top 15 Orchestras in the State Honor Orchestra Competition. Under the direction of Mr. Tesoro, The Klein Forest High School Orchestra Program has grown to over 200+ students. Mr. Tesoro has established a Mariachi Program, and of which is the recipient of the coveted Klein Education Foundation Grant. Furthermore, Mr. Tesoro serves as guest faculty at the Houston Conducting Academy and was named as “Distinguished Educator” in Klein ISD for the 2024-25 school year. Mr. Tesoro is an active member of TMEA, TODA, and sponsor for Tri-M Music Honor Society, and TFME. Every year, Mr. Tesoro continues to clinic and adjudicate throughout Texas.
Mr. Tesoro received his Bachelors in Music Education degree from Sam Houston State University and was the lead director for the Huntsville Youth Symphony. While at SHSU, Mr. Tesoro served as the university concertmaster and was the winner of the Charles W. Jones III and David E. Payne Concerto Competition (violin). Mr. Tesoro has had intensive conducting studies with Dr. Jacob Sustaita, Zachary Carrettin, and Jonathan Pasternak and violin studies with Dr. Javier Pinell and Kenneth Goldsmith.

Adrianna Garza - Associate Director of Orchestras
Adrianna Garza is joining the Klein Forest family after serving as Director of Orchestras at North Garland High School in Garland ISD for 11 years. Previously, she has served as an Elementary Strings teacher for 2 years and Middle School Orchestra teacher for 2 years in the Dallas area. Ms. Garza has her Bachelor's from Texas Tech University and her Master's from the University of Texas at Dallas. She plays violin, piano, and clarinet. While in college, she studied violin with Dr. John H. Gilbert and was a member of both the university orchestras and bands.
Having grown up in the Dallas area, Ms. Garza is excited for a very new adventure with the Klein Forest Family and Houston area. In her free time, Ms. Garza enjoys yelling at the TV during football season, dancing with local Latin Ensembles, and reading as much as possible. Ms. Garza also enjoys indulging with her vices: Red Bull, Cheez-Itz, Peanut M&Ms, and Netflix.
