Aline Moore is an orchestra educator, adjudicator, and professional violinist. She most recently served for seven years on the orchestra team at Lebanon Trail High School, where she was deeply engaged in building a vibrant, inclusive program.

She is highly involved with her community through culturally responsive pedagogy and social justice. She has presented on these topics at TMEA, TODA, and ASTA and continually seeks ways to expand student engagement through music that reflects their identities. In the 2026-2027 year, Mrs. Moore will head the orchestra program at Klein Forest HS in Houston, TX.A native of Brazil, Ms. Moore began studying the violin at age eleven in the city of Vitória. She continued her studies in college, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Violin Performance from the Federal University of Minas Gerais.

She later served as a violin professor at the Federal University of Uberlândia and Espírito Santo College of Music.In 2005, Ms. Moore moved to Campbellsville, Kentucky to pursue a Master’s degree in Music. While there, she performed with the Owensboro Symphony Orchestra, served as concertmaster of Campbellsville University’s orchestra, and led various university chamber ensembles.In 2010 and 2011, Ms. Moore performed as a section violinist with the Las Colinas Symphony Orchestra and appeared regularly with the San Angelo Symphony.

Ms. Moore is a sought-after clinician in Texas and across the country. She has served as an All-Region clinician for multiple regions and as an All-State clinician for the Nevada Music Directors Association Middle School All-State Orchestra. She made the move to Houston with her husband, Matt, their daughter, Maya, their golden retriever, Waffles, and their cat, Sausage. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, going to brunch, and traveling.
